Hailey Rodriguez joined DEMX in May 2025 as an intern and transitioned to a full-time role with the firm in August 2026 following her graduation from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design at the University of Arkansas. Raised in Springdale, AR, Hailey brings a strong connection to the NWA area and a growing interest in creating accessible, resilient spaces that serve their communities in meaningful ways.

Throughout her academic and professional experience, Hailey has explored a range of architectural contexts throughout the United States and Europe. During her time studying abroad in Rome, she traveled throughout Italy and to cities across Europe, gaining a deeper appreciation for the ways architecture reflects the culture, history, and character of a place. These experiences have broadened her perspective on how design can respond to the unique needs of each community.

Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys paddleboarding, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Northwest Arkansas - whether discovering new places to eat, finding hidden gems, or simply enjoying the region’s creative energy.
