Hailey Rodriguez began interning with DEMX in May 2025. Raised in Springdale, Arkansas, she will graduate from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design at the University of Arkansas in May 2026 with a focus on sustainable design. She is passionate about contributing to the growth of Northwest Arkansas and looks forward to studying abroad in Fall 2025 through the University of Arkansas Rome Study Center, where she will further expand her perspective on global design practices.

Throughout her academic career, Hailey has traveled to cities across the United States, experiences that have broadened her understanding of architectural contexts and deepened her interest in creating accessible, resilient spaces that serve communities in meaningful ways.

Outside of the studio, Hailey enjoys paddleboarding, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Northwest Arkansas—whether that means discovering new places to eat, stumbling across hidden gems, or simply enjoying the region’s creative energy.
