Erika Gilbert joined the DEMX team in January 2025, bringing with her more than eight years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Erika has worked across a wide range of project types, including civic, higher education, medical, historic, aviation, and commercial facilities.

Throughout her career, she has served as a valuable project leader, contributing expertise in project design, team coordination, and project management for large-scale public and private projects. Her work emphasizes thoughtful planning and programming, spatial analysis, and clear communication of design goals through 3D modeling and visualization. At DEMX, she plays a vital role in keeping projects organized and on track, helping ensure a smooth design and construction process.

Outside of the office, Erika enjoys traveling to Japan and spending time with her dog.
